Case study · Revere Clinics · LondonTrust, in the patient's own words

Revere Clinics is an aesthetics clinic in London. Nobody books an aesthetic treatment from a stock photo; they book because someone like them said it was worth it. We filmed those people properly.

Who they are

A clinic offering aesthetic treatments where the decision to book rests almost entirely on trust: in the practitioner, in the results and in how the clinic treats its patients. The marketing rules for this sector are tighter than most, and the audience is more sceptical than most, so the content has to be both warm and careful.

The problem they came with

Premium testimonial films that feel like a conversation rather than an advert, and social content careful enough for a regulated treatment business. The clinic had happy patients willing to talk; it needed them filmed in a way that would persuade the next patient without overpromising.

What we did, and why

Testimonial filming with proper consent. Patients briefed in advance, written consent for how the footage will be used, filmed in the clinic in a relaxed interview format rather than to a script, so the answers are their own.

Editing in house with the compliance rules in mind: no claims the clinic cannot make, no before and afters that mislead, and nothing that would trouble the advertising regulator.

Social content built around the patient stories, cut to the lengths each platform rewards.

The result

Proof that a clinic can market itself with warmth and restraint at the same time. The two patient films are above, alongside the clinic’s own film about working with us. Results are qualitative by design; the clinic’s booking figures are theirs and are not published.

Questions

Questions

Are patient testimonial videos allowed for aesthetic clinics in the UK?
Yes, with informed consent and without claims the clinic cannot substantiate. Testimonials must be genuine and must not imply guaranteed results; we plan and edit the films with that in mind.
How do you get clients to agree to be filmed?
Ask the ones who already tell their friends, explain exactly where the film will be used, keep the filming relaxed and let them see the edit before it goes out. Most say yes when it is handled that way.
What makes a good clinic testimonial video?
A real patient, in their own words, talking about how they felt before, how they were treated and how they feel now. Not a script, and not a list of treatments.
