Social media management · Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedInSocial that sells, not social that posts

We run your channels the way a good sales team runs a room: real footage of the real work, a plan for what goes out and when, and every comment and message answered. The follower count is the by product. The enquiry inbox is the point.

What social media management includes

One team runs the whole thing. A channel strategy that says which platforms deserve your time and which do not. A content calendar built around what you actually have to show: the workshop, the fitting, the finished job, the people. Filming and photography by our own crew, edited into the formats each platform rewards. Posting on schedule, community replies the same day, and a monthly report in plain English that tells you what worked and what we are changing.

Nothing is outsourced. The person who films your work sits next to the person who writes the caption and the person who reads the comments.

Why filmed content changes the numbers

Most trade and leisure businesses post static photos and wonder why nothing moves. Phillips Joinery had done that for years. In August 2026, our first month, one planned workshop shoot became 13 posts, 456,673 video views and 4,497 new Facebook followers. Instagram went from 96 followers to 2,368 in the same month. Nothing about the business changed. The content did.

Escape Campers show the longer arc: a 39% larger Facebook audience over the year, 3.8 million video views and 1,293 leads when the organic content and the paid ads run from the same plan.

How the month runs

A shoot day on your premises, usually twice a month, fixed a month ahead. Edits and captions within the week, approved by you if you want to see them first, then scheduled. Comments and messages answered daily. On the last working day of the month you get the report: reach, views, followers, enquiries, and the three things we would do differently next month.

Who this is for

Businesses with work worth showing and no time to show it. Campervan converters, joiners, clinics, garages, gyms, restaurants, garden room builders. If your customers make a considered decision and would like to see the thing before they buy it, social media done properly is the cheapest sales tool you will ever run.

The first month, honestly

The first month is slower than the second. We spend the first fortnight learning the business: which jobs photograph well, which questions customers ask before they buy, what the owner is proud of and never mentions. The first shoot day is planned around that. The first posts go out in week three, and by the end of month one there is a bank of footage, a calendar for month two and a report that shows what moved. Phillips Joinery’s month one was unusually fast; most accounts build over three months as the platforms learn who the content is for.

What decides the fee

Three things: how many shoot days a month, how many channels we run, and whether we are also managing ads or the CRM. A joinery firm with one workshop, two channels and one visit a month is a smaller plan than a dealer with three sites and five channels. The fee is fixed at the proposal, it does not rise with follower counts or views, and it runs month to month with 30 days’ notice either way. There are no prices on this site because no two plans are the same; the free audit is where we work out yours.

Questions

Questions

Which platforms do you manage?
Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube and Pinterest. The strategy call decides which ones deserve your budget; most clients run two or three properly rather than six badly.
Do you film the content or do we send you photos?
We film it. Our videographer and editor are in house and most plans include on site shoot days. You can send us extra material any time, but the plan never depends on it.
How quickly will we see results?
Reach and views move in the first month if the content is filmed properly, as Phillips Joinery showed. Enquiries follow when the audience is warm, usually from month two or three. We report every month so you can see the direction of travel.
Do you run the ads as well?
Yes, but separately. Meta and Google Ads are their own service with their own reporting, and the same team runs both so the organic content and the paid campaigns come from one plan.
Can we approve posts before they go out?
Yes. Most clients see the month's edits in a shared folder before they are scheduled. Some prefer to trust the plan and read the report; both work.
What happens to the footage if we stop?
It is yours. Finished films, photos and captions are delivered to your own cloud folder each month and stay there whether we are working together or not.
