CRM and automation · GoHighLevel, integrations, custom softwareSpeed to lead in seconds, not days
The enquiry that gets answered first usually wins the job. We build the system that replies in seconds, books the appointment, chases the quote and asks for the review while your team does the work, and we build software when the off the shelf tool does not exist.
Live client figureWhat CRM and automation includes
CRM set up on GoHighLevel or the platform you already own: pipelines that match how you actually sell, contact records that fill themselves from your forms and ads, and a diary that books itself. Automations: instant text and email replies to new enquiries, quote follow up, appointment reminders, review requests and reactivation of old leads. Integrations between your website, ad accounts, accounting software and calendar. Dashboards so you can see the pipeline without asking anyone.
Why it changes the ads numbers
Black Steel Doors run Google Ads to wealthy postcodes and every enquiry drops into a pipeline that books the appointment and chases the quote. Between April and August 2026 that pipeline booked 328 appointments and closed 112 deals worth £1.13 million. The ads found the people. The system made sure none of them waited. For Fern Campervans, Meta lead forms sync straight to the CRM so every enquiry is called within a working day.
Software we have built
MyContentLab is our own reporting platform. It connects to clients’ ad accounts, social accounts, analytics and CRM and reports everything in one dashboard; every figure on this website comes from it. FitConnect is a mobile fitness app we designed and built. When a client needs a tool that does not exist, our developers build it, and it belongs to the client.
Getting started
A mapping session: how an enquiry moves through your business today and where it leaks. A build of the pipeline and the two or three automations that stop the biggest leaks first. Training for your team, then a monthly review of the numbers the system now shows you. Most clients see the effect in the first month because the follow up that used to take two days now takes two minutes.
The leaks we fix first
Every business leaks enquiries in the same three places. The first is the reply: an enquiry sent at 9pm on a Friday that gets answered on Monday has usually gone elsewhere by then, so the first automation is an instant reply by text and email with a real next step. The second is the quote: sent, then forgotten by both sides, so the second automation chases it politely three times and tells you when it is opened. The third is the review: the customer is delighted on the day the job finishes and never asked, so the third automation asks them then. Those three are built in the first fortnight; everything else comes after.
How CRM and automation is priced
The build is priced once, against a written list of the pipeline, the automations and the integrations, so you know what you are getting before it starts. Then a monthly fee for keeping it running, adding automations as the business changes and reading the numbers with you. The CRM licence itself is separate and in your name, so the system, the contacts and the history belong to you. Month to month, 30 days’ notice, and it keeps working if we stop, because it is built in your account.
