Email marketing · flows, campaigns, nurtureThe list you already paid for, finally working

Every enquiry, quote and customer you have ever had is an email address that cost you money to get. Most businesses never write to them again. We build the flows that follow up automatically and the campaigns that bring people back, and we measure them in replies and revenue.

What email marketing includes

Automated flows: a welcome sequence for new enquiries, a follow up for quotes that went quiet, a review request after the job, a win back for customers you have not heard from. Campaigns: newsletters, launches, seasonal offers and event invitations, designed in your brand and written in your voice. List hygiene and segmentation so the right people get the right message. Deliverability, so the emails arrive. Reporting on opens, clicks, replies and revenue where your CRM allows.

Email and the CRM

Email works best when it is wired into the system that knows who enquired and what happened next. For Black Steel Doors the newsletter programme runs alongside the CRM, so leads, booked calls and attributed revenue are tracked in one place: 120, 170 and 196 leads and 46, 65 and 76 booked calls in May, June and July 2026, with the revenue attributed each month. The flows run themselves; the team just answers the replies.

Writing that sounds like you

No templates full of stock photos and exclamation marks. We write emails the way a good owner would write to a customer they know: short, specific, useful, with one thing to do at the end. Your brand, your tone of voice, checked against the guidelines if we built them and learned from your best emails if we did not.

How it starts

An audit of your list, your current tools and what you already send. A plan for the two or three flows that will pay back fastest. Build, test, launch, then a monthly review of what to add. Most clients start with the follow up flow because it turns work you have already paid for into quotes you actually win.

Where the list comes from

You already have one, even if nobody has written to it: every enquiry, every quote, every customer in the CRM and every address in the accounts system. The first job is to get it into one place with consent recorded properly, then to write the three emails that matter most: the reply to a new enquiry, the follow up to a quote that went quiet, and the message that asks a happy customer for a review or a referral. Newsletters come after those, and only if there is something worth sending once a month.

How email is priced

Set up is priced once: the platform, the list, the templates and the automated flows. After that a monthly fee covers the campaigns we write and send, the flows we tune and the report on opens, replies and enquiries. Small lists pay small fees; there is no charge per contact from us, though the email platform has its own pricing which we pass through at cost. Month to month, and the list is yours.

Questions

Questions

Which platforms do you use?
Whatever suits your business: GoHighLevel, Klaviyo for Shopify stores, Mailchimp for simple newsletters. If you are on a CRM we set up, email runs inside it.
Do we need a big list?
No. A few hundred past enquiries and customers is enough for the follow up and review flows to pay for themselves. Growing the list is part of the plan.
Will emails land in spam?
Not if the domain is authenticated and the list is clean, which is the first thing we fix. We monitor deliverability every month.
Can you write the emails for us?
Yes. Writing is included. You approve, we send.
Which platform do you use?
Usually the email tools inside your CRM, so an enquiry, a quote and a follow up email all live on one contact record. For a Shopify store, the platform that plugs straight into the orders. Mailchimp if that is what you have and it is working.
Is it legal to email our old customers?
Usually yes, under the existing customer rules, as long as it is your own similar products and they can unsubscribe in one click. We set consent up properly so you never have to guess.
