Questions

Before you send it

The things people want to know before filling in a form for an agency they have not met.

Is the audit really free, and what is the catch?
It is free and there is no catch worth hiding: we do it because it is the most honest sales pitch we have. You get a written audit of your website, search, social and paid ads with a 30 day plan you could hand to another agency or run yourself. Some audits end with us saying you do not need us yet, which is not a sales tactic, it is just what the numbers sometimes say.
What actually happens after I send this?
You get a reply the same working day, usually within a couple of hours. Then a short call to understand the business, an audit written up over the following days, and a video call to walk through it. If you want a proposal after that, you get one with a fixed monthly fee. If you do not, you keep the audit.
How long does it take, and how much of my time?
About thirty minutes of your time on the first call and another thirty to go through the findings. We do the rest. From form to written audit is usually under a week.
Will I be chased by a salesperson?
No. There is no sales team here, and the person who runs your first call is the director who would run your account. One follow up if you go quiet, and then we leave it with you.
What do you need from me to do the audit properly?
Your website, and access to whatever you already run: Google Ads, Meta, Analytics, Search Console, your CRM. Read only access is fine and we will not change anything. If you have none of that, we work from what is public, which is enough to tell you where the biggest gap is.
Do you take on every enquiry?
No. We turn work down when the budget cannot produce a result, when the sector is a conflict with an existing client, or when what you need is not what we do. You will hear that on the call rather than three months into an invoice.
How much does it cost if we do work together?
Starting prices for every service are on the pricing page, and the plan builder there totals up whatever you tick. The fee is fixed at the proposal, set by what the plan includes, and everything is rolling monthly with 30 days’ notice either way. The audit is where your number comes from.
