Google Ads and Meta Ads · Google Partner, Meta PartnerAds managed to the deal, not the click
We report what a campaign put in your pipeline and what it closed, because that is the only number that pays the invoice. Meta Ads for considered purchases people need to see first, Google Ads for the moment they go looking, and a CRM behind both so nothing that costs money to generate gets lost.
Live client figureWhat ads management includes
Account build or rebuild, with conversion tracking that measures enquiries and revenue rather than page views. Creative: we film the ads ourselves, which is why our cost per lead is what it is. Targeting by postcode, interest and intent, tested weekly. Landing pages built or fixed so the click has somewhere to convert. Instant lead follow up through your CRM. A monthly report on spend, leads, cost per lead and, where your CRM allows it, revenue won.
Meta Ads for considered purchases
Campervans, garden rooms, joinery, aesthetics: things people need to see before they enquire. Woodstock Campers: 2,215 leads at £12.50 each. Escape Campers: 1,293 leads, £285,000 closed in the CRM. Fern Campervans: 367 leads at £4.18 each on a £46,500 plus product. GoMo Garden Pods: 351 leads at £11.65 from a standing start. All Meta Ads, complete months, reported in MyContentLab from the clients’ own accounts.
Google Ads for the moment of intent
Black Steel Doors make bespoke steel doors and glazing in London. We run their Google Ads to the postcodes that buy, book the appointment through the CRM and measure revenue won rather than platform conversions. April to August 2026: £1.13 million won, 112 deals, 328 appointments. The case study shows the working.
How we report
Through MyContentLab, our own platform. It reads your ad accounts and your CRM directly, so the leads, the cost per lead and the deals are the same numbers you would see if you logged in yourself. Complete months only, no cherry picked weeks, and we never publish a platform conversion count as if it were a sale.
Week one to month three
Week one is tracking: conversion measurement that counts enquiries and, where the CRM allows it, revenue, because without it we would be optimising to guesses. Week two the account goes live, or an existing account is rebuilt, with creative we filmed rather than stock. The first month is spent buying data: which audiences, which searches, which landing page. By month three the account has settled into the campaigns that pay, the losing tests have been switched off, and the report shows cost per lead and cost per booked appointment against the target set at the proposal.
How ads management is priced
A fixed management fee, set by the number of platforms, the number of campaigns and how much creative the account needs each month. It does not rise as a percentage of your budget, so there is never an incentive for us to spend more of your money than the results justify. Ad spend is paid by you, directly to Google and Meta, in your own accounts. Month to month, 30 days’ notice, and the account, the pixels and the data stay yours if you leave.
