Head office in High Wycombe, second base in Banbury. Shoot days take the crew from London to Manchester.
Monday to Friday 9 to 5, Saturday mornings by rota
The office is open Saturday 9am to 1pm. Shoot days are planned a month ahead, so you know when you will be on the road.
Four steps, no assessment centre
We look at work before CVs and we tell you where you stand after every step. The whole thing usually fits inside three weeks.
Send your work
A link to things you have made or results you have got, and a few lines on why this seat. No cover letter required.
A call
Thirty minutes with a director. We talk about the work, the role and what you want to get better at.
A working session
Half a day with the crew on a real brief, paid at a day rate. You see how we work, we see how you think.
An offer, in writing
Salary, hours and start date on paper within a week of the session. If it is a no, we say so and tell you why.
