Case study · AM Barber Lounge · barbershopNot just likes. New customers.
AM Barber Lounge is an independent barbershop with a loyal chair and an owner who wanted the online side to bring in new faces rather than just applause. We run the social channels, filmed the advert and the testimonial, and set up the CRM that turns a message into a booking.
They set me up with a CRM system that fits my business just right, and their skills in crafting content have seriously boosted my online visibility. This isn't just about getting more likes; it's actually helped bring in new customers.
Who they are
An independent barbershop run by its owner, Atmirald, with a regular client base built on the quality of the cut and the atmosphere in the shop. The kind of business where word of mouth has always done the marketing, and where the owner has no time between clients to run five social accounts and answer every message by hand.
The problem they came with
Being everywhere at once. Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook and Google all matter for a barbershop because each one is where a different customer looks, and keeping them all alive with fresh content is a full time job. Add the DMs, the booking requests and the follow ups and it becomes impossible for one person cutting hair all day.
What we do, and why
Social media management across five platforms. We film in the shop, cut the footage into Reels, TikToks, Shorts and posts, and publish to a calendar so the channels stay busy without the owner touching them. The style is the shop’s, not ours: fast cuts, the chair, the finish.
An advert and a testimonial, both filmed by our crew. The advert is the piece that runs in the ads and pins the profiles. The testimonial is Atmirald on camera talking about working with us, which we would rather show you than paraphrase. Both are below.
A CRM sized for a barbershop. Messages from every channel land in one inbox, bookings get confirmed and reminded, and a review request goes out after the appointment. The owner’s review calls it a system that fits the business just right, which is the whole point of not selling everyone the same set up.
The result
In the owner’s words after six months: seriously boosted online visibility, and new customers rather than just more likes. Booking and revenue figures are the shop’s own and are not published. The testimonial film and the Google review are below, unedited.
