THE CHALLENGE
Serenity Pods was a brand-new garden rooms startup with zero digital presence - no website, no social media, no branding, nothing. They needed everything built from the ground up to compete in a crowded market.
OUR SOLUTION
We built their complete brand identity including logo design, brand guidelines, and visual language. We designed and developed their website, created all content, set up and managed social media channels, launched Facebook lead form ad campaigns, and implemented SaaS automations for lead follow-up and nurturing. Every element of their brand was crafted with strategic purpose.
THE PROCESS
We approached Serenity Pods like a full launch from Mission Control. Starting with strategy, we defined their positioning, target audience, and premium offering within a competitive market. From there, we built the brand identity and visual language to create immediate credibility.
With the foundations in place, we designed and developed a high-converting website, produced content that showcased the product quality, and established their social presence. Paid media campaigns were then launched and continuously optimised, while SaaS automations handled lead capture, follow-up, and nurturing. Every phase was connected, ensuring a seamless journey from first touchpoint to conversion.
THE RESULTS
Serenity Pods came to AMW with nothing more than an idea for a garden rooms business. We built their entire brand identity from scratch - logo, branding guidelines, website, social media presence, content strategy, and advertising campaigns. We set up their SaaS systems, automations, and lead nurturing sequences. Every single element of their brand was designed with purpose.
Through Facebook lead form campaigns, we achieved a cost per lead of £12.29 with a CTR of 3.08% and CPC of just £0.50. With products ranging from £15,000 to £25,000, they achieved an exceptional conversion rate of 8.57%. Additionally, 99 landing page views came from non-qualifying leads and 4 extra leads came through the website directly.
